Technology Driven
Technology and automation are critical for future success
and can be very expensive. Our technology tools are unparalleled in
the hosting industry. From our Private Labeled Websites to our proprietary
dynamic packaging tool (to customize your own air, car, and/or hotel
packages) to the various tools provided to ensure you find the best
available airfares, you won’t find another host with all we have to
offer. We have also invested heavily in Quality Control processes that
automate much of the reservation process, track unused e-tickets, and
check for lower fares, better seat assignments, and upgrade inventory
every hour until the day of departure.

Montrose Travel’s exclusive contracts, creativity and alternative ticketing

Agent Support/Back-up
Providing our customers with superior customer service and
person-to-person contact is Montrose Travel’s chief priority. As such,
you will be assigned an Account Manager who will serve as your primary
liaison responsible for the continuous coordination and interaction
between your company representatives, other members of your Montrose
Travel support team, and third party travel providers and suppliers.
Beyond your Account Manager, Montrose Travel will assign you a primary back-up agent who will be designated for your account. This seasoned, worldwide agent will get to know your travelers, their flight patterns and their preferences. A team of four additional back-up agents will also be thoroughly trained on your policies and your travelers’ preferences. Your primary back-up agent will be in constant communication with his or her team to ensure that you receive superior customer service even in their absence. We believe this structure serves the best of all worlds. It not only enables the providing of one-on-one personal service, but it also provides you with a group of sufficiently trained backups small enough to continue that same type of immediate yet personal service you and your travelers deserve.
Emergency and After-Hours Services
After normal business hours or on weekends and holidays, you
can have travel arrangements made or changed from anywhere in the world,
365 days per year, through Montrose Travel’s toll-free Platinum 24-hour
Service. Each traveler will be given a VIT (Very Important Traveler)
code to be used when phoning our 24-hour service. Operated by a third-party
reservation center, our service provides direct access to our network
and our booking data to ensure accuracy and quality service when after-hour
reservations are made.
Management Reports
Offered both offline and online through an interactive web-based
reporting system, our suite of management reports provide in-depth analyses
that identify both cost-savings and cost-avoiding opportunities. Over
50 pre-defined reports provide data ranging from Executive Graphical
Summaries, to Cost / Lost savings analyses, to detailed Excel spreadsheets.
In order to effectively manage and control airline, car rental, hotel and other travel related costs, three elements of information are needed: Financial Information; Control Data; and Management Information. Updated daily, Montrose Travel’s reports provide all three types of necessary information simultaneously, whether booked online or through your assigned team of agents, and can be customized to suit your needs; delivered at anytime via paper, electronically, or online; and sorted by company, division, department, or cost center as defined by you.
Accounting
Full support includes commission tracking and payments, client
and supplier payment processing, ARC processing, address verification
for online bookings, and credit card merchant processing.
GDS Access
Galileo (Apollo) is available. No long term contracts. If
you’re currently using another system, we can direct you to a “conversion
class” to learn Apollo. Training can be provided at no cost should you
wish to take advantage of it.
Group Expertise and Support
Take advantage of our expertise in finding, negotiating and
executing all types groups, meetings and incentives. You even retain
all the complimentary travel earned and used.
Employee Vacation Program
We currently offer vacation discounts to over 1.5 million MasterCard
or Visa holders and mass market exclusive leisure discount programs
to over 1 million credit union members nationwide. The buying power
of our Leisure Division, coupled with our negotiating skills, allows
us to offer discounts unmatched by other travel companies. We will be
