Corporate Hosting - Commissions/Fees
Unlike many of our competitors who offer convoluted pricing models, with phantom financial returns that transfer the risk of their agency’s profitability to you; our fee structure is simple, straightforward, and risk-free.
We charge a set monthly fee based on your historical transaction volume. No additional fees are charged for any transactions booked by your in-house agents. A fee of $25 is charged for any air tickets issued by a Montrose Travel or after-hours service agent. We don’t charge for refunds, voids, cancellations or changes that don’t result in the re-issuance of a ticket. We don’t charge to book hotels or cars, and we don’t charge extra for international bookings or to use our after-hours service (as long as a ticket is not issued).
We do not charge set-up fees, and any commissions earned by your agents will be rebated minus 20% for processing. In most cases, the commissions we rebate far exceed your monthly fee - we pay you to use us! All additional services, negotiations, benefits and training that complete our travel management product are also provided at no charge.
